As I previously mentioned, Darling Husband and I went to Philadelphia to keep the wedding festivities rolling even almost a year after the massive formal event we had this past September. I wore a traditional white wedding gown by Romona Keveza (wedding spoiler!) for our nuptials but for the Jewish blessing and intimate dinner at the Four Seasons afterwards, I wanted to wear something equally special but not as formal. The only dress that I could think of wearing was my mother’s wedding dress. Handmaid by her great-grandmother, my mother wore this tea-length dress when she married my father over thirty years ago. As for the floral crown, it was actually part of my grandmother’s custom Dior wedding gown that she wore in 1946.
