The 90s are having a bit of a comeback within the fashion world and what could be more 90s than a good plaid, especially when it’s worn as a skirt or as a top tied around your waist. I remember thinking I was the definition of cool in middle school with my plaid flannel shirt and chunky Steve Madden heels while I listed to Garbage and Bush. Clearly, I was not.
