Celebrating the iconic T motif that has featured in Tiffany & Co. jewelry since the 1980s, the Tiffany T collection is one of the most popular within the House’s legendary collections. Launched in April, Tiffany T1 is the latest addition to this celebrated collection. A natural evolution to the existing collection, the Tiffany T1 interprets the classic Tiffany T silhouette as one continuous design. Bold and elegant, the designs feature a beveled edge, angular surface and a multifaceted finish that results in designs that are elevated in their striking simplicity. Individually cast and hand polished by Tiffany & Co.’s master craftsmen, many of the pieces feature hand set radiant pavé diamonds. While classically elegant, Tiffany T1 is also fresh and modern, a design combination at which the House excels and has always excelled at.
Speaking of the newly unveiled collection, Tiffany & Co.’s chief artistic officer Reed Krakoff notes, “At Tiffany, we believe that luxury should be effortless and irreverent…While designing Tiffany T1, we wanted to honor the legacy of the iconic ‘T’ motif, but also elevate and modernize it with hand-set diamonds in the beveled edges. Through these pieces, we convey that precious stones aren’t just for special occasions—they can be worn every day as a celebration of yourself.”
The House debuted the first Tiffany T1 pieces in April. Done in 18k rose gold, diamonds feature prominently throughout this initial launch. June will see the introduction of 18k white and yellow gold pieces while September will see the unveiling of baguette diamond rings and bracelets, 18k white, yellow, and rose gold pendants, as well as earrings in 18k yellow and rose gold. Also debuting in September is a High Jewelry necklace that will undoubtedly be the star of an already stunning collection. Done in 18k rose gold and featuring mixed-cut diamonds, it took Tiffany & Co. designers and craftsmen almost a year to complete.
