With Valentines Day right around the corner, I’ve decided to dedicate the next three days to beautiful jewels, beautiful gowns, and one of the most beautiful addresses in Montreal: one of the spectacular penthouse units of the Ritz Carlton residences. Like last year, I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany & Co. to share some of their most stunning pieces that are perfect for Valentines Day. Honestly, these pieces would be perfect any day of the year, but I do find the delicate bow motif and infinity symbol seen throughout these photos as a delightfully subtle nod to romance. I worked closely with fine jewelry expert Lilla Amar at the Montreal Tiffany & Co. boutique to create the three stunning sets of pieces I’ll be sharing the rest of this week. Having worked with Lilla last year, I knew I was in the best of hands with to her vast knowledge of fine jewelry and wonderful approach to finding the perfect pieces for her clients.
As for this gown, it is my distinct pleasure of introducing you to the amazing work of designer Jacqueline Esther and her line of custom wedding and evening gowns MARGIT DAVID. This dreamy pink confection is only a small example of her achingly elegant body of work. Based between Montreal and New York, her loyal clients rely on her for feminine and unique designs that virtually guarantee them to be the best dressed in any room they walk into. With this look, I wanted to channel my inner Audrey Hepburn with a dash of my former life as a ballerina and thanks to the perfect marriage of Tiffany & Co. jewels and a MARGIT DAVID gown, I think I did just that.
