On Sunday, I styled a shoot for the amazing Montreal based fashion photographer Marie-Claude Viola. The look of the shoot was inspired by the icy blondes that Alfred Hitchcock loved like Grace Kelly and Tippi Hedren and had an almost film noir feel to it. I can’t wait to share the images! I love styling, it’s like playing Barbies but with a 5’11 model who has to bend almost in half so you can do the clasp on the necklace you’re putting on her. In between shots, Marie-Claude graciously took a few quick shots of my look. I have to be honest, most of the day my heels were kicked off but for the sake of the photos I had to include these great Brian Atwood nude heels that are one of my favorite closet staples.
