Summer Dresses and Sweaters

February 27, 2013

photo 2

Truth be told, I’m over winter and snow and the slushy ickyness that prevents me from wearing my favorite shoes for fear of them being destroyed. I frequently ask Darling Husband if he might be interested in moving to Miami. Forget the favorable tax rates and quality real estate, I’m totally enamored with the fact I would be able to freely wear all my favorite dresses without fear of a little thing called frostbite and the close proximity to my favorite Intermix. Since Darling Husband is rather happy with his firm, enter thick knit black tights and some serious layering. This little red plaid dress is usually worm over bikinis, but with the addition of heavy tights and an extra sweater and blouse, it’s totally Canadian winter approved. photo 5

I enjoy long walks through Neiman Marcus, red soled shoes, skinny black pants, oversized cocktail rings, obnoxious bows, nipped waists and full skirts.
