This Moschino suit is one of the first designer outfits my parents ever bought for me. I still remember the excitement of trying it on, watching the sales person wrap it up, and then basically skipping out of the store with the pretty shopping bag on my arm. Other girls in high-school wanted the latest hoodies and jeans from Abercrombie, I was a bit on the precocious side and lusted after the latest looks fresh off the runway. Confession time, I actually first fell in love with this suit after seeing Fran Drescher wear it on The Nanny. Next confession, I loved love The Nanny. Even though this suit is way too quickly approaching being fifteen years old, it still has the ability to feel so fresh and timeless. It’s truly an example of how investing in classic and quality items allows you to build and maintain your wardrobe for years. Trends may come and go, but a chic little suit will always be in style.
