I previously shared my love for L.A. based label SOLIKA {here} and thanks to this beautiful white dress, that love has only grown stronger. While modest by design, this dress and the rest of the pieces that design partners and friends Chaya and Sarah create highlight clean and elegantly minimal styling and quality construction. I particularly love the delicate and subtle ruffle at the helm and the detail on the cuff of the sleeves that add the perfect hint of femininity to this piece.
For the longest time, I was hesitant to wear white dresses thinking my complexion was too fair and that I would end up looking like like Casper the Friendly Ghost. Thankfully, I got over this silly sartorial hangup and have come to realize that a great white dress can look gorgeous on anyone. I find the stunning MILKA dress from the SOLIKA Spring/Summer collection is a perfect example of just how gorgeous a crisp white dress can be.
