This past week I had the pleasure of hanging out at the head office of the Montreal based flash-sale site The Volts while they shot for some of their upcoming sales. I had a fabulous time wandering about the office which is located in a perfectly hip loft location with one of the talented buyers as my guide. From the behind the scenes look at how the team styles and executes one of their shoots, to playing dress up with some lust-worthy pieces, I was in total fashion heaven. From the moment it launched, I was smitten with the perfectly curated sales that The Volts team consistently puts on. I love that they feature a combination of up-and-coming young labels and more established lines with attention being paid not only to the designers in Europe and the United States, but Canada as well. There are some seriously stunning Canadian lines and The Volts seems to be on a mission to share them with the rest of the world.
