Held in conjunction with Elle Quebec, Rush by Claudette Floyd has been one of my favorite shows so far. With elegant draping and luxe finishes like lace, beading and fur, the collection was decidedly feminine. Influenced in her early years by Yves St-Laurent, one can see his influence in Floyd’s beautifully tailored collection with her Tuxedo looks paying homage to the iconic Le Smoking collection. The classic color palette and glamorous silhouettes have made their way to my lust list for sure.
