Like many women, I have a few personal style icons who I find inspiring. From my grandmother to Grace Kelly, these fabulous and fashionable women never fail to motivate me sartorially. Throw in a dash of Audrey Hepburn and a smidge of Olivia Palermo (and who am I kidding, a wee bit of Marie Antoinette as well) and you basically have my personal style ideal.
When my beloved Pretty Ballerinas announced they would be partnering with Olivia Palermo, a devoted client of the brand for many years, on a curated collection of shoes and bags, you could say I was more than a bit excited. I rightly assumed that her feminine yet modern approach to style would blend perfectly with Pretty Ballerinas rather similar aesthetic. And blend they did, darlings! This elegant yet whimsical capsule collection is a perfect marriage of Pretty Ballerinas and Palermo. Having had the privilege of seeing the pieces during the Spring-Summer 2018 preview (more on that at a later date!), I can confidently tell you that the whole collection is stunning. With the pieces now in store, I suggest scooping up any items you might have your eyes on as soon as possible because these will surly sell out. (I might have even picked up the black sheer slides with polka dots already…!) Happy shopping darlings!
