One of my fashion week highlights was attending British designer Misha Nonoo‘s Valentine’s Day runway presentation. Since launching in 2011, her eponymous line has quickly become a favorite of the fashion community and celebrities like Emma Watson, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Gwyneth Paltrow. Classic yet youthful with a school-girl meets suiting aesthetic, Nonoo’s F/W 15 ready-to-wear collection is a mix of elegant separates and a handful of standout dresses. Beautifully tailored, the pieces were paired with shoes and handbags from Nonoo’s second Aldo Rise collaboration also for F/W 15. With mixed textures and color-blocking, the accessories were as beautifully designed and executed as the clothing itself. Embracing the elegantly classic yet contemporary vibe that Nonoo is so known for, the latest additions to the Aldo Rise line of shoes and accessories are my favorite yet. Slated to hit stores sometime this Fall, I’ll be counting down the days till I can get my hands on at least a pair or two of this truly gorgeous collaboration.
