Walking into the Kate Spade presentation, one couldn’t help but feel like they were instantly transported to a charming English garden party. Waiters weaved through the crowd with glasses of champagne and beautifully dressed attendees mingled and took in the Spring 2014 collection. Perfectly cohesive and wearable, the Kate Spade 2014 collection would make Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly swoon. The looks beg to be taken on trips to sunny Capri, glamorous Monte Carlo, and Paris. No longer simply a handbag line, Kate Spade has matured into a line that includes both accessories and ready to wear. The all white look that has dominated so many runways this season was present in the collection as well but I love how it was peppered with black geometric prints and injections of dove grey. The rest of the collection was in hues of pinks, blues, yellows, and reds and would be very welcome in my wardrobe (in case you’re reading this Darling Husband). That navy blue dress with the white strip on the bodice especially.
