It’s no secret how much I love Joe Fresh. Thanks to their amazing price point and their always well designed and totally on point collections, I couldn’t wait to check out the Spring/Summer collection up close. I honestly hoard the silk blouses that have become a staple of the line and my closet, do yourself and scoop up a few….you’ll thank me.
Their runway presentation during World MasterCard Fashion Week in Toronto was one of the highlights of the week for me and seeing the full collection of both runway and ready-to-wear pieces didn’t disappoint. There were oodles of bold geometric prints and nuanced animal prints, think zebra in navy and white and cobra and python with touches of blue, and luxe little finishes like scalloped edges and brocade trim. The collection is meant to evoke the effortless look of street style and also touches on the elegance of chinoiserie. The brand’s self-described core is its chic functionality and they once again deliver on this with Spring/Summer 2014. Start looking for it to filter into stores and online now, happy shopping darlings!
