It’s no secret, I really adored the CHANEL 2019/2020 Fall-Winter Ready-to-Wear collection. You can seeing my admittedly gushing recap of the collection {here} and the accessories {here}. Of course, I would be remiss in my fashion and beauty blogging duties if I didn’t round off my coverage of this very special collection by highlighting the beauty look that was created for the show.

Hair was simple and chic. With a middle part, it was loosely pulled back and held in place with a multitude of lust worththy hair accessories that were a whimsical nod to the alpine theme of the day and also incorporated classic CHANEL totems like bows and camellia flowers. This effortlessly elegant hair style played perfectly against the beauty look created by Lucia Pica. Skin was luminous and cheeks had a hint of a pink flush, as if the models glided right down the slopes and onto the runway. The beauty look, a departure for color loving Pica, was a fresh and vibrant take on natural beauty that only served to highlight the beautiful collection. It also shows just how versatile and talented Pica is in her creativity. She is just as masterful in her ability to create bold and vibrant looks and products based in striking colours and she is with the muted beauty that was the Fall-Winter 2019-2020 beauty look.
