We’re well into Fall here in Montreal but thanks to these photos the supremely talented Olga of Ok Photo|Video shot for me on my most recent Paris trip of this beautiful RIHOAS dress, I’m holding on to the sweetest summer memories. This Paris trip was particularly special and was such a treat coming so soon after my trip in April. Every August, my group of girlfriends here in Montreal and I head away for a long weekend together. It started as a birthday trip to celebrate one of the girls a few years ago and it has since become a yearly tradition that we all look forward to.
I received this gorgeous dress from the brand a few days before departing for Paris and I knew it was the perfect piece to pack for my trip. I love how unfussy yet totally feminine this dress is. It perfectly exudes the uncomplicated elegance that has become synonymous with French style. The little extra design touches like the slit, puff sleeves and square princess neckline add the prettiest details to the dress.
In these pictures, I’ve styled the dress with a pair of open-toed kitten heel Jimmy Choo slides for a dressier look. However, I wore this beautiful piece paired with a pair of simple white sneakers for a full morning of walking and exploring the 1st arrondissement. The versatility of this dress and others of its kind make for so many styling choices. For bringing this piece into Fall, it would also look amazing with a pair of knee high heeled boots.
