With my family still in Philadelphia and some of my dearest friends scattered along the East Coast, my mother decided to host a baby shower for me in Philadelphia. Knowing my love of tea and all things feminine, she hosted a beautiful afternoon tea in honor of madam’s impending arrival at the Ritz Carlton. Filled with friends and family (even some from Montreal!), the afternoon was the perfect way to spend time with the ones I love and celebrate this amazing new phase of Darling Husband and my life. With subtle nods to some of my favorite things, foods, and places, the tea was both totally gorgeous and beyond thoughtful and loving.
