I’m currently curled up on the couch watching my father put together bookshelves that Darling Fiance purchased for me to use as extra shoe storage. I almost feel bad for Darling Fiance…almost. As my closet continues to come together, he gets pushed further and further in to his own little corner in the room. That being said, I’m pretty pleased with how the room is turning out. Today was another full day spent with the family. We had a delicious lunch at the restaurant that we hope to have cater the wedding, brought both sets of parents to set the reception site, and then my parents and I took a walk around the Old Port. We wandered in to SSense and as per usual I was blown away by their amazing selection and impeccable service. I never fail to fall in love with almost every single piece that they stock. Their buyers are pretty much my version of a rock star, totally amazing at their jobs and never stocking anything less then perfect. Everything is straight off the runway and out of the pages of all the top glossies. To top off their perfectly curated and frequently updated stock, the staff is beyond charming and helpful. I know this post sounds like a hard sell for SSense but it’s my honest opinion of a great boutique. After my miserable experience at a local Westmount boutique, it’s refreshing to come across a boutique like SSense that not only stocks beautiful merchandise but also provides excellent service.
