After lunch at Cafe Holt on Wednesday, the parents and I headed over to Outremont to check out one of my favourite boutiques located on Laurier. Lyla is hands down one of, if not my favorite, boutiques in Montreal. Opened by two sisters, Sophie and Esther Paquette, Lyla offers an impeccable selection of women’s ready-to-wear, accessories, lingerie, and swimwear. Spread over two floors, they stock such luxe lines as Le Perla, Wolford, Dolce and Gabbana, M Missoni, Blumarine, R.E.D. Valentino, Eres, and the list just goes on from there. Not only is their selection amazing, the service that is provided is wonderful. The lovely associate I worked with, Mysha, was super helpful and charming, offering suggestions at just the right moments. The staff understands the fine line in between being helpful and being a hinderance. No matter what, they always offer a personal shopping experience for their clients. They also seem to have an amazing sale going on every time I visit. I snagged some great pieces the other day that I can’t wait to share with you darlings!
