I’ve always loved dresses. As a little girl, while dressing me for school, I would always tell my mother “dresses, mummy dresses.” Not much has changed since then. I still find myself gravitating to dresses over pants and other separates. They’re easy to wear and I find very easy to style. With a few simple accessories, your outfit is complete.
When I saw that LoveShackFancy would be creating a selection of dresses for Target’s designer collaboration series, I was excited. Known for their romantic vintage aesthetic and beautiful floral print fabrics, LoveShackFancy’s dresses are delightfully feminine. I ended up loving the collaboration so much, I actually picked up a few other pieces from the collection. However, this particular LoveShackFancy dress is my absolute favourite thanks to the dramatic sleeves and sweetheart neckline.
I paired this beautiful and totally budget friendly dress with two rather luxe accessories, a CHANEL wallet on a chain that I like to use as a clutch and a pair of Jimmy Choo heels. I also included another totally budget friendly find in the form of these white sunglasses. These white frames are one of my favourite Amazon finds. I actually first bought the tortoiseshell version and ended up loving them so much that I purchases the black version as well as the white version pictured here.
