This post has been sitting in my draft folder for quite some time so I figured it was finally time to share it. Our French road trip was almost three years ago but it’s still one of my favourite vacation to date. From enjoying incredible food and discovering some truly beautiful places to getting oodles of quality time with Darling Husband, it was the perfect trip. And speaking of Darling Husband, he’s making a rare appearance in this post. Not only did I get him to actually be in front of the camera, I also unintentionally got him to twin with me with our SWIMS loafers and Joe Fresh looks for an afternoon of exploring the historic Chateau de Loches and its surrounding town. With its rich history, the Chateau once even hosted Joan of Arc, and charming winding streets is a little gem tucked deep in the Loire.
