I’m so thrilled to be representing Le Chateau as a Style Ambassador for the next year. Each month, I’ll be taking on a different style challenge and sharing how I approach it. This January is all about embracing a SS15 trend with items currently in Le Chateau stores for a buy-now, wear-now look. One of the major trends that many designers like Chanel and Thakoon showed on the SS15 runways were black and white looks. While this color combination may seem deceptively simple, it is perfect for wearing immediately. These types of items are not only easily paired together but prove to be great building blocks for other looks as well. However, a fun way to play with this classic color combination is through print and texture mixing as I’ve done here with lace, stripes, and tartan.
