Less than an hour outside Montreal, La Maison Lavande is a total oasis of tranquility and beauty. With its fragrant fields and charming scenery, it proved to be the perfect place for a picnic and an afternoon of relaxing with my mother and the poodle. That’s right, even the poodle came along for this outing and had quite the time rolling around in the grass.
This Catherine Malandrino dress that I scooped up a few seasons ago from Intermix was seemingly made for a trip to La Maison Lavande with its delicate flower trim and pops of purple. As for my hair, I’ve been giving it a break from my standing weekly blowout appointments and embracing my natural curls.
