Green

July 24, 2012

Monochromatic dressing is delightfully easy, it allows you to look polished and chic without too much effort or fussing. It’s pretty much my fail safe option when I’m pressed for time and still standing around in my Hello Kitty slippers. Since we’re in the middle of summer here in Montreal, all black is pushed to the back of the closet in favor of vibrant color. Both the dress and heels have been in my closet for a while now but I’ve actually never paired them together. Let this be yet another shining example to Darling Fiance that yes…I do indeed wear all the “stuff” that has taken over his office/my closet. Even if I’ve had it for years. But hey, at least the dress didn’t still have tags on it!

Dress: Calypso St. Barth

Shoes: Manolo Blahnik

Jewelry: Vintage

I enjoy long walks through Neiman Marcus, red soled shoes, skinny black pants, oversized cocktail rings, obnoxious bows, nipped waists and full skirts.
