I have a permanent case of wanderlust; I’m constantly planning and plotting the next city or country for Darling Husband and I to explore. We usually end up taking one big vacation a year where we try to spend a few weeks enjoying and exploring with Darling Husband only occasionally closing deals and yelling at uncooperative lawyers a time zone away in the corner of whatever museum or monument we’re currently visiting. Since I’m not the type of person who’s very good at just sitting on the beach and relaxing, my perfect vacation involves lots of museums, a bit of shopping, and trying as many amazing local restaurants as possible. Because of this, we usually end up walking on vacation. A lot. Just ask Darling Husband about our trek (his words, not mine) to Mount Saint Michel in France this summer. It’s still a bit of a sensitive, albeit funny subject in our household.
With all the walking we do, I always end up looking for footwear that is not only functional but also fashionable. A rather illusive combination to be sure. Thankfully, with the athleisure trend still going strong, the humble sneaker has been elevated far beyond the gym and on to the street and even runway. Geox, known for their shoes combing fashion and function, has recently released their NEBULA collection. Thanks to their patented Geox Net breathing technology, which focuses on breathability and heat regulation, the shoes promise to make you feel like you’re walking on clouds all the while being fashionable, resulting in the perfect travel shoe. Beyond their obvious style, the Geox NEBULA Collection features three unique features that set them apart.
