Here’s another look from our nice lazy weekend. We brought the poodle to get groomed and of course this called for heels and a hat. When is the best time to dress up you might ask? Well in my book, it’s everyday. Why should we have to reserve getting dressed up for special occasions? The act of getting dressed should be something that you have fun with. Embrace the everyday heels if you’re in the mood, throw on the slightly ridiculous hat to run errands, and a well-placed sequin, even they have their place during daylight hours. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good leggings, but it’s fun to dress those super comfy leggings up like I’ve done with this look. And when in doubt, take a page from the eternally stylish Jackie Kennedy Onassis’s book and throw a huge pair of obnoxious sunglasses on, the bigger the better.
