Houndstooth is having a major fashion moment and I have to say, I’m totally here for it. This classic print is frequently found in menswear and I love how it gives a chic borrowed from the boys touch when used in womenswear. Needless to say, when I saw this houndstooth skirt and jacket set from Dynamite Clothing, it was love at first sight. Not only was the price point very attractive, the quality is also on point. With the silhouette of both pieces being quite classic and the material being nice and substantial, I know that this set is going to stand the test of time. I also love that the pieces are so easy to mix and match with so many other items in my wardrobe. I’m already picturing so many other chic combinations with them.
As for these stunning boots, it was also love at first sight when I saw them at the CHANEL boutique inside Holt Renfrew Ogilvy. The block heel is just the right hight for giving a nice little bit of height while still being comfortable enough for wearing for extended amounts of time. I don’t know about you but with having been home in slippers and barefoot so frequently over the past two years, I’m not reaching for my higher heels quite as much. In fact, the first time I put heels on after not having warn them for so long I felt like I was a baby giraffe stumbling along!
