We took the poodle to the dog park today and I don’t know who had more fun, her or I. She’s very much a lap dog, usually not venturing much further then my side and rarely running about. Her preferred spot is on-top of our Sferra silk douvet or shams. She’s got the same hang up about thread counts as I do I guess. But today…today she ran her little coat covered bum off and is now tuckered out on the previously mentioned luxury bedding. For this blogger off duty look, I went super low key. Hunter wellies are a necessity here in the winter and fortunately are actually pretty cute for a rubber boot. When Darling Fiance first had is eyes opened to the wonderful world of Hunters, he quite vocally voiced his confusion as to why a rubber boot that he could purchase at Canadian Tire was “so bloody over-priced.” He even offered to go out and buy me every available color and model that Canadian Tire might have to show me how much more he could get for the same price. Silly, silly, but sweet boy. As for the comfy cowl I’m wearing, I scored it from a giveaway hosted by one of my favorite Canadian bloggers, Whatever Eurotrash. Time for a shameless plug/my friends are really fabulous…see that cute little green tube thingy hanging off the poddle’s leash?
