These photos are full of a lot of my favorite pieces. Kitschy cool sunglasses from Polette, leopard pumps from Charlotte Olympia, the perfect pair of boyfriend jeans from GAP, and this extra special cashmere coat that once belonged to my grandmother. This coat is the perfect example of how investing in a quality piece can be for the long term. While the coat is almost as old as I, it looks perfectly on trend and would be quite expensive to purchase new. Instead, I love that I still get to continue to wear and enjoy a piece my grandmother purchased many years ago.
As for these jeans, kudos to GAP for making great denim pieces that are less than the cost of Darling Husband’s monthly bar stockage. Also, they’re much more enjoyable that his fancy pants bottles of scotch.
