Silly snow finally sent me inside for outfit photos, although I did get to flail about without incurring the curious stares of people as they walk by in arctic appropriate wear and I’m in heels and no coat while Darling Fiance snaps a few hundred photos of me. Ah, the joys of being a fashion blogger in Canada! Save for the ring and necklace, all of these pieces were found in high-street stores and are wonderful examples of not needing to spend tons of money to achieve a fashionable look. When it comes to everyday denim, I find that it’s worth investing in a pair (or two…or three) of quality jeans. However, when it comes to bold colored pieces like this cobalt pair, I find high-street stores to be the perfect option for something that I very well might be over in a few months.
