Inspired by the beauty and mystery of the moon, the CHANEL Beauty Holiday 2022 shimmers with glamour and elegance. The rich and opulent colour palette of the collection features scintillating golds and ambers and rich red and plays with shadow and light.
At the heart of the CHANEL universe is the deeply symbolic N°5 and the iconic silhouette of the House’s famous signature scent. It is embossed on the ÉCLAT LUNAIRE OVERSIZE ILLUMINATING FACE POWDER. This exclusive creation that sculpts the face’s contours and enhances the complexion with a soft pearlescent glow comes in Or Rose and Cuivre Doré. Additionally, for the eyes is the absolutely stunning LES 4 OMBRES – OMBRES DE LUNE that features a gorgeous copper, an amber gold, a satiny bronze and a mat brown. This collectors quad is also embossed with iconic House symbols. There is also DUO LUMIÈRE for the eyes that allows the wearer to accentuate the brows, lashes, and lids with a pop of radiance. Flecked with gold and copper sparkles, its transparent gel formula adds a soft touch of light to the eyes.
For lips, there are absolutely gorgeous ROUGE ALLURE L’EXTRAIT and ROUGE ALLURE LAQUE options. The new high-intensity lipstick ROUGE ALLURE L’EXTRAIT coats the lips in warm, luminous color. It can be refilled as often as desired, which makes it possible to experiment with all four shades in the Holiday 2022 collection: ROUGE SÉLÈNE (a luminous, orangy red), BRUN LUNAIRE (a warm brown), ROSE INVINCIBLE (a brownish rosewood), and ROUGE ROYAL (a cherry red). The two ROUGE ALLURE LAQUE options are a stunning rosewood, ROUGE MYSTÈRE, and a shimmery burgundy red, ROUGE OMBRÉ.
For nails, the colours are done in rich jewel tones. There is SUPER LUNE, a brownish red, and CLAIR DE LUNE, a gold khaki, as well as a coppery amber top coat aptly named ÉTOILÉ.
