Yesterday I had the pleasure of taking part in an amazing event that Schwarzkopf, the high end European hair and skin care company, hosted at Le Margo Coiffure for the launch of their two new lines BLONDME and Igora Colour 10 Speedlift. Best known for their gorgeous colours and haircare products, their colours and styles are very often seen on the runways of fashion weeks the world over. I tagged along with my favourite beauty blogger Eugenia from Ommorphia Beauty Bar to get our hair coloured, cut, and styled. SInce I had just done highlights when I was back in Philly, the Schwarzkopf professionals decided that it would be best to blend in some additional highlights to really bring my colour to the next level with their BLONDME lightener and then finish off with a combination of Ice and Caramel BLONDME toners to create a truly gorgeous, soft and luxurious blonde colour. Blonde is a really difficult colour to do well, it’s VERY easy to end up looking like the bastard love child of a washed up Playboy playmate and Big Bird if not executed properly. Thanks to the the amazingly talented work of the Schwartzkopf professionals and their superior product both Eugenia and I left the salon with our perfect individualized blonde colours. We were also gifted an incredible gift bag with a full sized selection of their products for us to enjoy at home.
