I’m going to be honest darlings, my brain is pretty friend right now from the current paper writing madness I’ve been living in with finals coming to a close at last this Friday. Instead of the usual “command central” state of our coffee table, my books and papers have migrated all over our home to the point that I’ve found myself tripping over discarded texts in my unending trips to boil more water for tea. My daytime attire is leaning more towards the Westmount staple of lululemon leggings than it is to stilettos right now. However, these photos are from those final moments before the madness began earlier this week. This past Friday, I went for dinner and drinks with my future mother-in-law and finally wore this gorgeous lace blouse that I snagged from Lyla ages ago. Paired with the perfect pair of red skinnies that I found at Ardene (serioulsy, I could not be more pleasantly surprised by what a great buy these were) and MAC ‘Ruby Woo’ lipstick, my outfit perfectly matched the fabulous interior of Pois Penché.
