After decades of ballet, I still take class for enjoyment but my workouts now include yoga, pilates, TRX, and wheezing my way through a 5k training app on the treadmill. I’m the first to admit, there’s quite a few days where I’d rather curl up on the couch instead of hitting the gym. However, I’m a firm believer that the right outfit can help you accomplish anything.
