It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of Baby Jogger. After hearing many other parents speak so glowingly about their strollers, I was excited to embark on my partnership with the brand earlier this year. I had high expectations for the strollers and needless to say, they’ve not only been met, they’ve been exceeded in so many ways. Having used both the City Select LUX and the City Tour these past few months, I’m quite comfortable and confident in saying that the brand is worth all the hype that it gets. The strollers are intelligently designed, easy to use (key for tired parent brains), child friendly (seemingly a no-brainer, but you’d be surprised), durable, and aesthetically pleasing. Baby Jogger has truly succeeded in producing products that are that illusive combination of both form and function. I think my words speak for themselves but I thought I’d have Darling Husband weigh in on the subject as well. Take it away Darling Husband!
I have said it before, and I will say it again – the City Select LUX has a HAND BREAK! You will never have to worry about the “responsible” parent in your family chewing you out because of a runaway stroller down a hill at the zoo! (Totally not speaking from experience…) But seriously… Hand break! And did I mention that it has plenty of storage? Oh, and it has a hand break!
As for the City Tour, it’s light, easy to manoeuvre and surprisingly solid for such a nimble stroller. It’s perfect for travel too and comes with a backpack. So dads, you can strap the stroller to your back, baby to your front, and have two arms for the wife’s luggage!
